Every EzoBord<\/strong> product sold on our site has been manufactured, packaged and shipped from our production facility in sunny Kent on the South-East coast of England.<\/span><\/p>\n Manufacturing in the UK means we can use local skilled labour and resources. We\u2019re putting the discarded plastic water bottles we see polluting our seas, killing our sea life, and ruining our beautiful beaches to good use!<\/span><\/p>\n The acoustic raw materials we use to make our products are made from 100% recyclable PET plastic made from a minimum of 50% recycled plastic water bottles.<\/span><\/p>\n Taking those plastic water bottles and turning them into the acoustic raw material is also a remarkably clean process that is entirely eco-friendly resulting in low energy use. It has no emissions, no off gassing or VOC\u2019s, no wastewater and does not require the use of any adhesives.<\/span><\/p>\n All scrap material left after production is 100% recyclable and is put back into the manufacturing process to create new fibre.
